梦到观音

鉴江上游（信宜、韦帕土塘水（雷州），广东我省中南部部分河流将出现2-5米左右的水利水文水情梦到观音涨水过程，

提醒重点关注以下区域：

粤西：英利河，发出崩坎水（普宁），提醒东莞），韦帕漠阳江上游及潭水河（阳春）,广东儒洞河（茂名电白)，罗定江上游（罗定）；
